OUR STORY

This studio was built to give the Q50/Q60 community something free: a digital dash you design yourself.

Here is what you get, free of charge:

  • Your own custom dash — start from 9 backgrounds and 10 ready-made builds, or dial in every detail yourself: colors, gauges, units, shift light, pages.
  • A free download — your build comes as a zip with the dash app, your personal config file, and a step-by-step install guide.
  • Install it yourself — copy it to a USB stick and install it on your 2014–2019 Q50/Q60 through App Garage. No special tools, no shop visit.

COMPATIBILITY

✓ WORKS

2014–2019 Infiniti Q50 / Q60 with the factory InTouch system that has
App Garage → Install Apps via USB.

If your head unit has that menu, you can install these builds.

✕ DOESN'T WORK

2020 and newer models. They shipped with a new-generation InTouch system (new processor, CarPlay/Android Auto, over-the-air updates) and Infiniti removed the App Garage install menu entirely — it isn't even mentioned in the 2020 owner's manual. With no install path, the files can't be loaded.

BUILD & DOWNLOAD

Your download is a ZIP with everything the car needs:

  • tyg-dash.epk — the dash app, ready to install
  • tyg-dash-config.json — YOUR build: colors, background, name, units, pages
  • README.txt — install steps for your USB stick

INSTALL

  1. Format a USB stick as FAT32.
  2. Copy all 3 files from your ZIP to the root of the stick.
  3. Start the car — leave the engine running.
  4. Plug the stick into the car's USB port. If it asks about voice-recognition data, choose NO.
  5. Wait for “Loading all apps” to clear (up to a minute).
  6. Go to App Garage → Install Apps via USB and install CTYG Dash. Do not remove the USB during installation.
  7. Launch it from App Garage — your theme applies on first launch.
  8. The USB stick can be removed after install. Your settings stay on the dash.
